First Look: Introducing the Live Gallery App

After a lot of work behind the scenes, I can finally start to showcase the results in the UI. So far, we've got our gallery, facial recognition, and metadata in place. Other features like clustering and duplicate removal are planned to follow later.

What is the Live Gallery App?

The Live Gallery App is a modern rebuild of the classic Windows Live Photo Gallery & Picasa, designed using C# and WinUI 3. Our focus is on building a performant, scalable, and secure photo gallery experience that works offline while providing powerful photo management capabilities.
