What data we collect on this website
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous traffic data on livegalleryapp.com. This includes information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, browser type, and approximate location at country level. This data is used solely to understand how people find and use the website so we can improve it.
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-Out browser add-on.
If you sign up to our waitlist or mailing list, we store your email address for the purpose of sending you updates about Live Gallery. We do not sell, share, or pass your email address to any third party. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.
What we do not collect
Live Gallery the application runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, upload, access, or store any of the photos, files, or data you manage within the app. Your photos never leave your machine. No telemetry, usage data, or file information is transmitted to us or any third party from within the application.
Downloading Live Gallery
Live Gallery is currently in public beta. By downloading and installing the application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The software is provided in beta form and may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviour. While we have taken reasonable steps to ensure the application is safe and stable, beta software is by nature unfinished and should be treated as such.
You download and install Live Gallery at your own risk. We recommend maintaining your own backups of any important files before using any new software.
We have taken due diligence to ensure the installer and application are free from malware, viruses, and malicious code. The application does not require internet access to function and does not make external connections during normal use.
We accept no liability for data loss, hardware issues, or any other damage arising from the use of Live Gallery during the beta period. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
Third party services
The Live Gallery website uses the following third party services: Google Analytics (traffic data). No other third party services have access to your personal data through this website.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make a request, contact us at hello@livegalleryapp.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. Any significant changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
